The property is in a tranquil private setting, yet is close to the vineyards, chateaux and children's attractions that draw increasing numbers of discerning holidaymakers each year.
The grounds run to approximately 2 acres and feature a formal lavender garden, as well as the original 300yearold pigeonnier (dovecote) and large stone barn. All buildings are built from the original tuffeau stone characteristic of the Loire Valley, providing natural cooling on those hot lazy summer days.
